Polaris’ strong engineering background has opened up additional avenues by which we can assist our customers. We can help in the initial design as well as the manufacture of many machine and motor assembly parts, including screw machine parts, springs and wound copper coils. In particular, we provide manufactured parts for the automotive industry to aid in the efficiency and productivity of motor assembly lines, including parts for fuel pumps, turbo chargers, and anti-theft ignition key systems.
Ningbo NorthStar Electromechanical Company is our ISO 9001-certified facility in Ningbo, China. In it, we manufacture motor assembly and other parts, such as wound copper coils and screw machine components, to individual specifications and tight tolerances. Polaris performs onsite audits and quality control tests to ensure strict adherence to our high standards.
